This individual will create and execute strategic sales plans, lead a high-performing sales team, and foster strong relationships with key clients. As a strategic and results-oriented leader, the Sales Director will passionately advocate for Syntech’s products and services, while coaching sales representatives to develop tailored, impactful solutions.
